Preamble: The offer and sale of products on the www.appjunior.armarket.it website are governed by the following general sales conditions.

1. Definitions
“The Products” are the products forming part of the catalogue for sale on the website www.appjunior.armarket.it.
“Customer” is the purchaser of the Products who has the status of consumer, meaning natural and legal persons who make the purchase.
“Prices”: are the costs of the Products indicated on the site.
“Delivery costs”: are the costs of shipping the Products.
“Promotions”: are sales made under special conditions for all or part of the Products and for limited periods of time;
“Discount codes”: are the alphanumeric codes distributed occasionally by AR Market that guarantee a percentage or an amount of discount on a future purchase according to the provisions of the code;
“Shopping Cart” is the virtual container on the site of the Products selected by the Customer for purchase;
“Terms of sale” are the rules herein that govern the relationship between the Customer and AR Market for the purchase of Products.
“Personal Data(s)” are information relating to a natural person identified or identifiable, directly or indirectly, in particular by means of an identifier, such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier. Therefore, the data collected may include data that are strictly personal in that they enable the identification of the Consumer. On the other hand, some data do not allow for the identification of the Consumer, such as navigation data (type of browser, terminal and operating system, the path followed on the site, etc.) but are also considered Personal Data as they are related and/or linkable to the former.
These general conditions are valid from the date of their publication on the Site www.appjunior.armarket.it and may be updated or modified at any time, without prior notice. Such amendments and updates shall be effective from the date of their publication on the Site.

2. Object
The offer and sale on the website www.appjunior.armarket.it integrate a distance contract governed by Articles 50 et seq. of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, no. 206 (Consumer Code), as well as by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 no. 70 (the so-called Law on Electronic Commerce). The purchase of products is intended for consumers.
These Terms of sale govern the relationship between the Customer and AR Market for the purchase of Products on the Site.
The purchase of products on the Site is reserved exclusively to individuals acting as consumers and who are over 18 years of age.
The Customer is required to carefully read the Terms of Sale that AR Market makes available to him also in order to allow him to reproduce and store the aforementioned Conditions in accordance with the provisions of art. 12, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree no. 70/2003.

3. Terms of purchase
For the purchase of Products, the Customer shall provide his personal data to complete the order and for invoicing purposes.
The Customer shall enter the Product(s) selected in the “Shopping Cart” and, after viewing and accepting the cost for delivery charges, may proceed with the purchase.
Should the Customer need to modify the purchase order or to change certain data contained therein, he/she shall follow the appropriate modification procedure contained in the website. In particular, the Customer shall have the right to modify the quantity of the Products he/she intends to purchase by adding or removing one or more Products from the Shopping Cart.
Once this operation has been completed, the Customer will display a screen containing a summary of the purchase order, including delivery charges, with a request for further confirmation of the purchase procedure.
Following the display of the summary, the Customer shall select the desired type of payment, i.e. Credit Card and PayPal.

4. Conclusion of the contract
With the confirmation of the purchase order by the Customer, the conditions of sale and further information contained on the site shall be deemed fully known and accepted by the Customer.
The Order Confirmation by AR Market transmitted to the Customer to the e-mail address indicated shall constitute acceptance of the contractual proposal.
The contract will be considered concluded, and will be binding for both parties, when the Order Confirmation will be sent to the Customer, except for possible unavailability of Products in stock. AR Market undertakes to promptly notify the Customer of any stock-outs due to excess requests or other causes. It is expressly excluded any right of the Customer to damages or compensation, as well as in any case excluded any and all liability of AR Market, contractual or non-contractual, for direct or indirect damages to persons and / or property, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
In case of total unavailability of the ordered products, the order will be cancelled with consequent refund of the spent amount, through the payment method chosen by the Customer at the moment of the order confirmation. In the event of partial availability of the products ordered, the order will be shipped with only the articles available and the amount of the articles not available will be refunded.
The Order Confirmation sent by e-mail by AR Market will contain the indication of the Product/s purchased; the indication of the price; the means of payment; the delivery costs.

5. User’s obligations
It is strictly forbidden for minors to place an order on the Site. The data entered during purchase must be exclusively one’s own real personal data and not those of third parties, or fantasy data. AR Market reserves the right to prosecute any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers.

6. Payment
The prices of the Products are expressed in Euro and are inclusive of all applicable taxes and/or duties.
The prices of the Products do not include Delivery Charges, the amount of which shall in any case be indicated to the Customer in the summary of the purchase order.
The price of the Product shall be that indicated on the site at the time of the order. Therefore, any price increases or decreases, even in connection with promotional sales prior or subsequent to the purchase order, shall not be taken into account.

7. Shipping
AR Market accepts orders from all Customers with shipping in Italy and abroad. Delivery times are merely indicative and are in no way binding for AR Market. No responsibility can be attributed to AR Market in case of delay in the execution of the order or in the delivery of what has been ordered.
It is not possible to indicate a precise day and/or time for delivery. All deliveries are entrusted to express couriers who do not offer this service. We therefore ask you to indicate when ordering (shipping address) an address where someone will always be present for collection.
Upon receipt of the product, the Customer shall check that the package is perfectly closed. If the package is not intact or is damaged, the Customer shall immediately notify the courier; otherwise the Product shall be considered regularly delivered. In the event of tampering and/or breakage, the Customer shall immediately dispute the shipment and/or delivery by affixing the words “subject to control of goods” on the delivery document received from the courier. Subsequently he must report any damage to AR Market within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the Products according to the procedures provided by the return and refund procedures.
AR Market declines any responsibility for non-delivery due to causes dependent on failure to collect, incorrect or incompletely entered address or other causes not dependent on its own action or omission. In any case, it is always possible to request cancellation of the order.

Domestic shipments
Products will be delivered by courier, and delivery times will vary depending on the destination; the time at which the order is acquired and the availability of the Product itself. The availability of each product will be indicated on the information sheet.
Barring unforeseen circumstances, delivery times within the national territory will be 3-4 working days from delivery to the courier. For locations that are difficult to reach such as mountain locations, smaller islands, extreme suburbs, delivery times will be 5-7 working days.

The shipping costs for deliveries within the national territory will be Euro 7,00 per parcel.

International shipments
Products will be delivered by courier, and delivery times will vary depending on the destination; the time at which the order is acquired and the availability of the Product itself. The availability of each product will be indicated on the information sheet.
Delivery times outside Italy vary according to the country from which the order will be placed.

The shipping costs for deliveries within the UE territory will be Euro 14,00 per parcel.

9. Responsibility
AR Market disclaims any liability for inefficiency due to force majeure such as fires, earthquakes, strikes and / or lockouts, floods and other similar events that prevent, in whole or in part, to implement in the agreed time this contract.
AR Market shall not be liable to the Customer or third parties for any damages, costs or losses suffered, even indirect, as a result of the non-execution of this contract due to the causes mentioned above.
AR Market will not be responsible for any fraudulent and illegal use that may be made by third parties, of credit cards or other means of payment used for the payment of the Products.

10. Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy
The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy posted on the Web Site are applicable to any use the User makes of the Web Site. The User must read these policies carefully in order to know his/her rights and obligations.

11. Intellectual and industrial property
AR Market is a registered trademark, therefore any use by third parties of the same or of any similar identifying sign that may generate confusion as to its origin or ownership is expressly prohibited. The website www.appjunior.armarket.it is a domain registered by AR Market. Third parties are prohibited from using this domain. The content of the Website is protected and, consequently, the national and European Community legislation in force on copyright also applies to it.

12. Resolution of disputes
The Terms of Sale and any purchase contract concluded between AR Market and the Customers pursuant to these Terms of Sale shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Italian laws and in particular by the Consumer Code, with specific reference to the regulations on distance contracts and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 no. 70 on certain aspects of e-commerce.
In the event of disputes and if the attempt at conciliation is not adhered to, the dispute shall be referred exclusively to the judge of the Court of Rome, Italy.
